Returns

Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item received).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
