VIKORANA – 2 Year Limited Warranty

At VIKORANA, we are committed to providing high-quality wheelchairs and excellent customer service. All wheelchairs purchased from our store are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Structural frame issues
  • Mechanical defects under normal use

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part or product where applicable.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by improper storage or transport
